Just around the corner from Beijing Hualian Shopping Center, Sofitel Chengdu Taihe dates back to 2003. Set in a Chinese-style building, it overlooks the Nan River. 24-hour room service, dry cleaning and shoe shine as well as free self-parking, a designated place for smoking and a news stand are on hand.

Location

The venue is set in Jinjiang district of Chengdu, in vicinity of Wuhou Memorial Temple. Just a 10-minute drive from the accommodation, Wenshu Monastery is located.

A monastery, a temple and a museum are only minutes' walk away.

The hotel lies close to Huaxiba metro station.

Convenient location to visit the Pandas. The massage staff were very good.

When we arrived they had not record of our booking and it took a long time to explain it to them, however they made up for it with an upgrade.

房間大，床很舒服，毛巾等質量好。市中心的位置，工作人員友好，有效率。

浴室近垃圾桶的牆壁有污跡，淋浴間洗澡時，水容易從門口漏出來。出租車如果東行，不能直接左拐到酒店大門，- 要繞行。

Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Gebucht hatte ich über Booked.net. Leider stellt man, im Gegensatz zu früheren Buchungen, erst beim Check In den wahren Totalpreis fest. Die Preisangabe bei Booked.net suggeriert das eine, die 15% Servicecharge findet man leider nur weiter unten im Text. Also Totalpreis ist nicht gleich der Totalpreis. Frühstück ist ok, aber leider kein westl. Standard wenn man nach bestellen muss. Auch in der Lounge war ein Gin Tonic unbekannt.

フロントの応対が親切だった。

ホテル全域で無線LANが無料と、予約内容にはあったのに、実際はロビーのみと言われた。部屋で無料で使えるものと思える内容なので、事実と異なると思う。ロビーの無線LANも電波が弱く、実用的でなかった。無線LAN無料が当ホテルにした理由だったので、残念だった。
