Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Thanks to concierge, you are dope! A hairdryer, a walk-in shower and bath robes were very handy

I had a great time at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the center of the city and within walking distance to subway stations. The breakfast at the coffee shop was delicious, with vegan options available. The room was spacious and clean, with regular room service. The gym was also good, providing a nice opportunity to stay active during my stay.

Grand entrance, comfortable bed, good shower, and all necessary amenities. Helpful staff recommended teahouses and places to visit. Excellent value for money.

Our stay at this hotel was incredible, with luxurious amenities that fulfilled our needs. the service provided was outstanding, with the staff always willing to assist us.

We experienced a minor issue with the language barrier, as some of the staff didn't speak fluent English. Despite this, the location of the hotel was excellent, and the private facilities were exclusive and just what we needed for a relaxing stay.

I had a truly exceptional stay at Sofitel Chengdu Taihe. The room was spacious and well-appointed, exceeding my expectations. The hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk from Jinjiang hotel station. The facilities, including the fitness amenities and spa area, were top-notch. The concierge went above and beyond to assist me with arranging a taxi to the airport. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

my stay at a hotel in Chengdu was fantastic. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms spacious and comfortable, and the food was superb. The location was also convenient, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Sofitel exceeded my expectations and made my birthday celebration truly special.

The complimentary drinks and food were of the highest quality. Additionally, the location was perfect, being a short walk away from the city center and close to the river. Moreover, the gym and pool were clean and refreshing.

On the negative side, the cleaning service was stingy with amenities and toilet paper, which led to us having to ask for more every day. Also, the pool area was in desperate need of a facelift.
